We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase (less any postage cost).
If you wish to claim a refund, simply fax, mail or email us your request and reason within 14 days of the purchase date (this is the date the order was submitted on our website).
The total cost of the purchase will be refunded less any cost for postage (being the higher of either the postage charged to you or our actual incurred cost).
You must return the book(s) to us at your own cost within 7 days from your refund being approved. All books must be returned in good order for refunds to be given (i.e. suitable for re-sale).
Refunds will be paid by cheque only.
